  The lady taking my order was rude and said "it's gonna be one of those days" because I didn't know what I wanted. I had never been to Boston Market before so I wasn't aware of how the meals came. I tried to read the menu but felt rushed being that there was quite a line behind me, I didn't want to keep other customers waiting. spinach was good, mash and gravy was horrible and chicken was small portioned and bland. Just because thus particular Boston Market is in a rest stop and is going to get traffic no matter what does not mean they should treat customers like cattle and feed them mediocre food.

  The person making the sandwiches made us a terrible sandwich, drenched in whatever sauce that is. Sloppy, and terrible. When we went back to get a new sandwich made, we asked that someone else make it - Manager didn't seem to understand...

  Good food. I loved the chicken noodle soup, wonderful after a long road trip. The chicken was moist, not dry and the staff was very helpful. Only 4 out of five because it wasn't very clean.
